Zero Foods - Delivery and Shipping Policy

a) How long will it take for my order to reach me?

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of placement. Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 days, though unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays.

b) Is it possible to track my order?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order on the respective delivery partner's website using your AWB number or mobile number.

c) What are the shipping charges?

Free Shipping for every order.

d) What time of day will my order be delivered?

Our courier partners will contact you before delivery. Please ensure you are available to receive their call. If delivery attempts fail three times, the product will be returned to our warehouse after an email reminder.

e) Do you ship to international locations?

Currently, we only deliver within India.

f) Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

g) Why is COD not available to me?

Zero Foods does not support COD. Please use available online payment methods to complete your order.

Refund Policy


a) What is the return policy for Zero Foods?

We strive to ensure you have a great experience with Zero Foods. Returns or replacements are only possible if the product itself is damaged. The outer packaging condition will not be considered for returns.

b) What should I do if I receive a damaged item, wrong product, or missing units in my order?

If you receive a damaged product (not just damaged packaging), an incorrect item, or your order is missing any units, please email us at zerofoods.care@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Kindly attach clear images of the damaged or incorrect product along with the outer packaging for verification. Once reviewed, we will arrange a reverse pickup and provide a replacement only (no refunds), depending on product availability.

Replacement and Exchange Product will be Delivered within 7 days.

The product must be returned in its original, sealed condition. Opened or used products will not be eligible for returns.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as taste preference, texture, or individual reactions (e.g., stomach upset, headache, etc.). We recommend checking the product details before purchasing.

Any product returned without its original packaging and accessories will not be eligible for a replacement.
